Cyber Surveillance

Terrorists use the internet as a secret virtual world where they can communicate and operate without fear of detection. Terrorism is a global threat that needs to be stopped. America needs to work with other countries, perhaps through the UN, to create international laws concerning internet security as this virtual world operates on a global scale.
In the United States, we can employ the National Security Agency (NSA) to regulate and ensure the safety of the internet. The NSA can use cyber surveillance and data mining techniques in order to foil potential terrorist threats. Additionally, Global Positioning System (GPS)tracking devices can be attached to all passports and green-cards when any foreigner enters this country. This type of technology is currently being used for many purposes. Now is the time to implement GPS into cyber surveillance.
